Judge Krever (Krever Commission) recently conducted an Inquiry on the Blood System in Canada. His report which consists of 3 volumes was released in November 1997. Volume 3 of the Report reviews international responses to the risk of HIV in Canada, the USA, Australia,
France, Germany, Japan, The Netherlands, and the United Kingdom. This is probably among the most comprehensive sources of
